The IT Operations Management Department is in charge of the operational run of IT infrastructure and processes (Incidents, Change, Security, User rights, quality). We are also involved into application development projects as well as in projects related to IT Infrastructure.
Also every related IT Provider is managed by us.

Being responsible for IT Provider Management of various IT Provider:
Collaboration with IT Projects of Caceis Bank S.A., Germany Branch (CBG) and desired provider in particular with regards to IT Infrastructure requirements
Enhancement of relationship between IT Provider and CBG
Conducting regular provider meetings in collaboration with the technical experts of the IT Operations Management Department
Performing regular controls and on-site audits of IT provider
Regular reporting to management
